where are your days of rest?
your muscles grow during the time when you rest, in between exercises.

ok well to build muscle mass you want to do somewhere around 75-90% of your max for each work out so for bench you want to d0 the most weight you can do 3 sets of 5-8 times each as for a six pack you want to build muscle and definition bye the way sit ups arn't that good for your back and crunches do the same thing both workouts work primarily your upper four abs make sure to include lower ab workouts like leg lifts or else you'll end up with really well developed top abs and poor lower abs and youll have to try to catch up with the lower ones i've seen it happen alot belive it or not also i suggest you consider more muscle groups than just your chest and abs like your back arms and legs, or else you'll have over developed areas compared to the rest of your body, I did a simalr thing where I concentrated more on my chest than my lats and ended up regreting it and it took me a while to train my lats to make up the diffrence for your abs i Recommend this as a good starting work out, Crunches 20x3, leg lifts 20x3 and v-sit twists 15x3 to start with, running is a good idea to burn fat but if your also looking to build mass becarful you can run too muchand you'll loose muscle 5-10 miles a week is good but it's really up to what you want. you can train your abs every day but not too intensly if your work out is pretty hard on you you should do it every other day, bye the way your abs and calves are the only muscles able to train everyday.

dieting is also a big part of getting a six pack. dont eat junk food, and eat plenty of carbs. a six pack normally shows below 10% bf. and rest at least 1 day a week
