When you walk down the street and people park their pickup trucks on the lawn and sidewalk when there is plenty of driveway and curbspace available???

I don't know, but if your neighbors get all their meals from 7-11, have numerous piercings and tattoos, own three pit bulls, toss their beer cans on the lawn, and fix their Harley's in the living room, I would suggest you move-quickly.

Maybe the people do not know how to park on the street? This usually tells me that there are about 5 families living in a single family house. But, in all fairness, I could be wrong.

It's horrible! It kills the grass, makes the property look trashy, and cheapens neighborhood. I don't think I will ever understand why ppl would work so hard to buy a home and let it get trashy.

I says maybe...you live waaaay out in the country? Maybe a neighborhood of farms? :) I can't imagine that in a city suburb. Although there usually aren't side walks in rural areas.
