Being a former chef, if there room temparture and seasoned, it can depend on how hot the grill pan is, if you do them in doors make sure your fan is running, and like a steak they should be medium rare in 4-6 minutes, press them if the have a very slight give the will be done, and only turn them once, so 2- 3 minutes per side. And let them rest for 5 minutes after they are done so the juice do not run out and all over the plate.

4 minutes per side should do the trick (temp should be 145). Good Luck!
