I often get this fuzzy feeling in my head, like a fog you know? I think it happens more when I'm stressed out, or tired, but it's nothing serious, i can still function, I just wonder if there's a way to get rid of it, or if I'm lacking a vitamin or mineral or something?? I have problems concentrating sometimes too. It's like a tired feeling I guess.
And I also find it happens more around my period.. any suggestions?
thanks!
Krista

I usually get that way when I've just taken on too much (I'm stressed, I'm tired, the family won't stop calling, too much homework etc).

I hop in the shower, and use rosemary & mint shampoo, and some tingly face wash. Then have a cup of green tea. It helps keep you alert, but it doesn't seem to make me as jittery as coffee. Or just lay down for 15-30 mins if you can, and meditate or refocus for a bit.

You may need an iron supplement. It can make a big difference if you do. There is also a vitamin supplement called PMS that helped me a lot, as did the iron.
