I love most dried or candied fruit, so this is a toughy. I would have to say low sodium trail mix, usually only available at health food stores. It takes care of that craving that I get for salty snack with a sweet snack. The biggest problem I have is whether to end with salt or sugar. The trail mix keeps me from getting confused, as every mouthful has both.

An apple, banana, or grapes. Any fruit really.
Lately, I've had a taste for wheat toast with peanut butter.

Wayno,
Peanut butter on Celery is great for those who have no allergies to peanuts.

I also LOVE any kind of fruit.

Have a wonderful evening and a glorious weekend.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
The jelly has sugar and gives a burst of energy.
The peanut butter has protein and give long-term energy.
The bread has carbs which also gives energy.

Think I'll go make one now.
