any diet you cant follow every day of your life is not a good one and you will gain weight back because when you deprive your body you can hold on to it for just so long and then one day you just brake down and eat the whole junk food mountain you would have ate in the whole time dieting.
Have variety of foods - for snacks the best are fruit, berries, nuts, dried fruit, yogurts, 60cal puddings etc.

I used to eat this snack everytime I was on the Atkins Diet. Make instant fat free chocolate pudding and mix it with fat free cool whip. Very delicious.

best solution I have for you is to reserve one day a week, say a friday to just eat what you what, like its your day to treat yourself for all the hard work you've been doing. now I'm not saying you should go buy 5 huge chocolate bars and eat them as fast as you can, but like you could have a bowl of ice cream, or you could have a grilled cheese sandwich. then the next day do like 15 more minutes of excercise, I hope this helps a little
good luck :)

Well I guess you want something sweet, um grab a piece of fruit or yogurt or make yourself a fruit smoothie (no added sugar though). If you think of it as a diet and not a lifestyle change then it'll be easier to succeed.

Good for you! Type in your search engine "healthy snacks" and you'll find all that you need. I get these lists of snacks and print them out for clients. Good for you, you're on the right track!

Try eating 1/2 or even the whole cucumber. very low in calories, carbohydrates, and no fat.
Get a book on calories, carbs, fat, it will help!
Good luck.

Try fresh fruit, like strawberrys or peaches and fat free whipped cream. Yummy and not bad for you either :)
