I am happy where I am now, and my church more than meets my spiritual needs. I still fellowship with the few churches that I have ever belonged to. If there is a reason you left that can now be worked out, I would say yes. If the separation was because of wrong doctrine or teaching and nothing has changed, then no. I would not return.

I have a church like that. No I wouldn't rejoin. The pastor is more in to fame and power than being a pastor. He calls himself a prophet of God. A little too arrogant for me.

actually I have returned to a church I left at one time- why? Because the Pastor now speaks the truth of God 's word, with the love of God- The church did not disappoint me, the Pastor did, that was there before- a HUGE difference

of course, anybody now is conscious which you have strengthen into Anti-Mormon, why do you are able to positioned up a number of those rude issues everywhere? And in case you have been quite 'Mormon' long adequate, why do no longer you comprehend that it quite is basically a hateful factor you're doing as quickly as we would possibly under no circumstances do some thing so rude to you?

Hmmm...it would depend on how they disappointed me?
If they're begging you to rejoin tho, that would freak me out a little.
What type of Church is this?

It all depends on why you broke with the church.
If it was just a personality clash, you might be able to get that ironed out.
But if it was due to a doctrine you considered to be wrong and unscriptural, no, I would never return to that church.

Totally don't want to be a JW. It didn't work when I was little and now it fits me like my kids clothes fit me. And I'd have to raise my kids in it too. They would be isolated from all their friends, no holidays and wouldn't feel they were loved by God but would be rather afraid of him. I never want to go back to jail after I've been released. I'd rather die.

About a month after I left, they called me on my cell phone - it rang once and stopped, indicating that the caller wanted me to call back so they wouldn't have to pay for the call - I didn't call back. I wasn't impressed.

good question. I would have to wonder why they were begging me to return. You would have to review my question of a few days ago regarding priests/pastors whose sole mission is to either help us become better people and better grounded in our faith as opposed to followers within their particular church....
blessings :)
