you cant spot reduce body fat naturally (the only way is lipo)
to lose belly you have to lower body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and cardio - running, jogging, cycling, elliptical, rope jumping, hiking etc. 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
Eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day)

There's no such thing as "spot reduction" you can't just lose weight in your abs your have to lose it overall in your body.

Doing hundreds of crunches per day is useless. I will tell you that right now, the abs are just like any other muscle and require rest to recover and grow. All you need are 4 sets of 25, each set must contain a different exercise that targets a different area of your abs. (Upper and lower, right and left obliques) I would recommend if you want getting a swiss ball to increase your range of motion and a medicine ball to increase the difficulty but thats up to you. Also try to fit in at least 30+ minutes of cardio because during the first 30 minutes all your burning is stored energy your body has from food it ate recently. Afterwards is when you start to metabolize the fat on your body. Diet and cardio are more important to revealings abs than working the muscles underneath the fat.

Don't expect real results until after 6 weeks or so.

Losing only ab fat is almost impossible.
When you lose weight, you lose fat from all over.
Pilates is known for working your core, so if you want a lean stomach before everything else, then try that.
