i call her every other day, i see her once a week, but she still nags me to visit her. it drives me crazy. im married and have been for a couple years. i wanna know why shes always nagging me and how to get her to stop.

I am sure that she misses you. It's hard to let go of our kids just because they grow up, move out and find a life of their own.
Is she alone a lot? Maybe she just wants some company.
Why not meet her for lunch once or twice a week? There's no harm in spending time with your Mom and when she is gone, you will wish you had spent more time with her. Life is short....don't put your Mom on the back burner.

For some women, its very difficult to let their children grow up into adults. She may have some emotional issues or perhaps even depression of some kind. I don't know her situation, but being an only child might be affecting her, or perhaps she may not have enough outside interests like friends.

your mother just loves you and she misses you. Maybe one day you will be nagging your kids to come see you. Remember whatever goes around comes around. Go visit her.

are your folks still married,dad passed away, only child? does she have a social life? all of these things can contribute to her need to be with you.
