Everyone processes alcohol differently, just because alcohol is a chemical and we are have different chemical reactions. There are several other factors that play in the way your body processes alcohol.
These are sex (males tend to get drunk slower than females of the same weight), weight, and metabolism. The answer to your question is difficult, but based on your weight alone, I would say two or three drinks per hour would be good.
If you want to get a buzz drink more, but do not drive. By the way what you are drinking does not matter and eating afterward does not help either.

Weight is only one factor - others include how much you drink normally, have you an empty stomach when you drink, are you on any medication, how fast you drink and the alcohol content of your drinks, are you mixing your drinks. Lots of stuff really. Hope that helps....one unit is supposed to be processed by the body every 30 minutes apparently, so if you drink very slowly...

It is not so much your weight as your genetic background. There are a lot of races which produce less alcohol dehydrogenase than others. Less ADH and you can get completely nonfunctional with one drink. The industry standard is 1 drink per hour.

I think it is a good idea to only have one drink with your meal if you want to function normally. This does not mean a huge long Island ice tea.
