They are a gimmic and do not work. There is no fuel in the upper intake to swirl and mix with the air. The fuel is injected right before entering the intake port on the head. Save your money, the Turbonator, Tornado and similiar products do not do anything but lighten your wallet.

Don't have one but I work on the cars that have them and from what I can tell they don't hurt or help really other than it did help set a check engine light on one car as the way it was installed was letting too much air in...

But most is just sell gimmicks nothing more...

I'm sure if they were as good as they say, that the manufacturers would have them installed at the factory. I can't say that I've ever heard of anybody using them or bragging on how good they were. Save your money.
