i did the stationary bike for 45 minutes at between 28-30 mph. and it clocked in at 22 mph.-- how many miles did I burn?

i didn't ask you for your comments or feedback- i simply asked how many calories i burned doing it and YES i did do it for 28-30 mph. for 45 minutes.

You dont have to count calories burned because there is no certain number for sure - it depends on your weight, height, sex, age and muscle mass.
all you need to count is minutes doing cardio which you did wright - 45min 4-6 times a week.

about 450-500...you say you were going at 28-30 mph for 45 minutes?? thats alot of work...but uhm okay.

i wasnt trying to make a mean comment, i was almost compliementing you. you did alot of work on there...and how i came up with that number of 450-500 i looked it up on a calorie counter.
