None isn't that stuff full of sugar? And sugar are empty calories so basically what your doing is making yourself fatter with any nutritional value. I'm not kidding either. In two days I doubt you'll lose anything besides your energy levels and if you do you'll gain it back immediately.

It doesn't matter how much weight you'll lose because it's just water weight loss, and you'll gain it all back immediately when you start eating again (which is, of course, what you should be doing, in a healthy way, all the time).

as much as you have water weight and some muscle, slow down your metabolism and then gain back more.
you cant lose fat by starving
the only way to lose fat is by creating just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake
