How do I link 2 excell workbooks to update each other with the changes made to the first document?

I have 2 spredsheets and I want to update one sheet and have the second spredsheet pick up and add the changes to the second sheet.

The formulas in your second workbook need to refer to the first workbook.

In this format:

=[WorkBook.xls]Sheet1!$D$6

Assumes both workbooks are in the same directory, otherwise need complete path too.
