hey i know how yo feel my dumb*** neighbors are gay. your pretty lucky to only have dumb neighbors

I have dumb neighbors too. I guess a combination of factors are to blame: lack of education, experience and economic opportunities are the most likely culprits; however, these factors alone cannot explain the dumbness of your neighbors. Your neighbors also probably have hardly a spark of creativity, are prone to laziness and avoid challenge whenever they can. They probably have little interest in all things exotic as well and I'm guessing they embrace things that are tawdry and generic. I feel sorry for you neighbors and for you as well (since you have to live in such close proximity to them). Hopefully they will be an example to you of how not to live your life. Cheers.

Haha...if you live off of a military base then that is very normal..I always have hated how the military placed most of their bases in the most run down places possible!
