Because your body is slowing down metabolism - saving calories which it get from consuming your muscle tissue.
Body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day - your vital organs are what need calories the most.
Have you seen Beyonce after she got off that fad diet? She gained back more than lost - she has never before been as thick as she is now.
Dont think you are gona be an exception - you too are gona have higher body fat percentage when you are done.

um, your just drinking lemonade?
if so, then your killing yourself a little more with each passing minute. im not trying to scare you but if your not eating food, then that is exactly what your doing to yourself...killing yourself.
and you feel like you have no energy becuase there is no food in your body to give you energy..
did you know that if you don't eat food that you may lose a few pounds, but then gain even more? becuase all it's stored fat or whatever comes out. well, something like that. anyways, eat healthy food and jog sometimes. THEN you'll realy lose weight!!!

You will feel that way for the first 3-5 days.. after that, you shouldn't. If you do, you aren't drinking enough.

You need variety in order to keep your body feeling healthy. Protein, some grains, different kinds of fruits and veggies, etc.

If you don't have energy, put a bit more maple syrup in the next glass. Then fill up on water. Good luck!
