ok it looks blackish green like fungus, its a tiny weeny speck rite at the end of my tooth , i do have gum disease, not gingivitis, an i am gettin it cured, but i dont get it, i brush all around, mouth wash, floss too, an this morning i found a speck of that thing! how do i make it go away??

It's decay. You'll need a restoration. It could've been from soda, coffee, or candy. Make sure you brush regularly and floss. Cavities occur when you have a high sugar intake or bad oral hygiene.
