I know you're not going to give this a "best answer", because this contains one or more items you don't want to hear about, but here goes anyways...
1.) Her eyes. I'm a huge eyes guy. Show me a girl with nice eyes, and I'll show you how quickly I can get lost and stand there staring at her like a blithering idiot.
2.) Her smile. (See #1.)
3.) Her personality.
4.) Her religion. I'm Christian, and prefer to date other Christians, yet I wouldn't really mind dating a girl of a different (or no) religion.
5.) Her body. It helps when personality/religion come in a well-constructed body. Nothing has to be particularly huge (boobs/butt), but it has to be proportionate with her body.
6.) Sense of humor. Mine's dry and sarcastic.
7.) Willingness to tolerate me. I'm slightly odd (ok, REALLY odd), and unpredictable. While I'd never hurt anyone, I'm not normal.

Alot of guys like the "standards" of beauty. Mostly involving curves. I actually find a girl with a pretty face and a brilliant mind important. Slender, long hair, friendly. I'm not particular on hair color, but I lean towards redheads. (Can't help it).

physically: I'm an @ss man, so that, nice face, not fat.
I like girls to be smart, easy going, and funny, by that i mean able to appreciate and give out some dry humor during everyday situations.
then again if her @ss is just really good then F*ck everything else :)
