My mothers cat keeps peeing on the floor. She took her to the vet and there is nothing wrong with her. . . the cat is just "pissy"
It keeps peeing outside the litter, which is clean and in one corner on my mothers nice hardwood floor in the dining room. She has tried Nilodor and other detering products, but nothing works. She told me she would get rid of the cat if it keeps doing this and I do not want her too. Please help!!!

I use Feline Pine, I mean my cat does. It was recommended by the vet right after I fixed her. Poor baby, she probably is stressed out. Have you tried putting the box in the corner where she pees, just to see if she'll use it?

Cat is stressed find out reason......different litter brand, new or different noise outside, fighting in house...doesn't matter cats can stress for a reason...find the reason and change it.Try a new litter box also.

I have a cat that doesn't like any litter-we tried them all. She will use a puppy pad though. Just put the pad down where she likes going and hopefully she will use it.

Get another litterbox with different brand of litter.

Any other cats in the house or dogs?

I always smacked the cat on the behind (not hard!) and that worked.
