The past couple of days something strange has been happening. I'm not hungry for a while, and then all of a sudden I become extremely hungry to the point where I get hunger pains. And it takes a while before I feel full again. I try to eat healthy and I am slim. I am also trying to build up a small amount of muscle by doing a few pushups and sit ups once in a while, but nothing extreme. Plus I have been getting a pounding headache for the past few days in the same place and it lasts for about an hours.

Why has this been happening?

Im pretty sure I have been eating enough. I've never starved myself or have gone on a serious diet.

Are you sure you are eating enough?
Because what you describe is what happens when you deprive/starve your body and its slowing down metabolism - working on less calories.
