well i fancied this guy in the start of yr 10

i just found out hes engaged
well it was arranged
he is very religious
and he obviously agreed to it

1) It doesn't matter what anyone thinks of him. All that matters is what YOU think of him. If you find him attractive, don't let anyone's negative oppinions make an influence on your own.
2) Arranged or not, he's getting married which clearly makes him off limits. It's great that you told him how you feel, but that's really all you can do. I would suggest moving on, which is difficult at first but totally necessary if you want to find a happy relationship with someone who's as interested in you as you are in them. Also, if he hates you, find out why. Make peace, unless you think friendship would be too difficult considering the attraction.

There's this saying it's better to lose your pride over someone(someone that's worth it of course) than lose that someone with your useless pride.Then again he's engaged so not a good idea to get involved.

If his looks don't matter to you, it's nobody else's business. The other stuff going on is more of a problem. If he has other plans for his life, and doesn't return your feelings, move on. Don't make a public show of yourself over someone who doesn't care, it will make it harder for you to find someone else.
