Im on methadone maitenance for my drug addiction. Lately I been getting tired. Does this mean that I need an increase in my dosage?

I can take an educated guess here, but you'll need to be more specific with the following:
-Length of time dosing (3 months? are you still on the induction phase?)
-"Lately" isn't too descriptive, if it's just been over the last day or two I'd say give it some time.

Anyways, it's not a listed common side-effect of dolophine or its equivalents and the bottom line is: before changing dose you really really need to talk to a doctor.
