I hate eating, not because I'm afraid of being obese, but because I hate the hassle of it all, interrupting my day, interrupting my work, going to the kitchen, spending forever preparing food, putting it on a plate, setting it down, sitting down to eat it, clearing off the plate, washing the dish, - it's just so much trouble, it's so annoying.
I don't find pleasure in eating, I'm not like some people who relieve their stress by eating a pint of ice cream, I hate eating, it gives me no enjoyment, there are so many other things I'd like to do. It wastes my time -
but OBVIOUSLY, as a human being, I need to eat to function! My head hurts, like a headache, my stomach feels pain, and I have to stop doing what I'm doing, and head over to the kitchen and eat something!

I know science hasn't yet come up with some magical pill where hunger can be cured, but what kind of pill might make up a big portion of a person's daily nutritional needs? I don't want to eat so often, it's so annoying.

I've tried microwave frozen dinners, and I do have the occasional meal cooked for me, but still, just to go downstairs to the kitchen, in the middle of my reading or doing homework, it's just so much of an annoyance, I hate it so much.

Hullo, I don't starve myself for the sake of starving myself or becoming skinny, that's what separates me from being self-destructive or anorexic. And about being self-centered, sorry, but I just don't like to eat, I'm very grateful for being fortunate enough to have any food at all, it gives life, food makes people healthy and alive! I know that!
But I hate it! It's a chore, it really is a bloody chore.

Yes, look at it that way. Do you feel so sick and tired of washing your dishes by hand? You're grateful you can afford fancy cups and bowls, but you just hate washing them all the time. Aha! The magical invention of the dishwasher! You seize upon that dishwasher, what a joyous convenience!

I want to make my life easier. Food is an essential element for survival! but is there something that could make it easier?

I feel ya girl I am the same way with food! People always think I'm anorexic or something but I just think eating is a pain in the ***! I drink a lot of Slim Fasts or similar nutritional energy drinks, eat powerbars or similar nutritional snacks bars that are easy to eat on the go, and take vitamins. Also I love campbells soup at hand because you can eat it on the go and it makes you feel full.

wow. you and i are so alike.
i hate eating just because i think i could be doing so much more if i didnt have to waste my time in the middle of the day to stop and eat. while, i do think it's important to eat during the day, and i still do anyway, i just wish there was some kind of pill you eat that could have all the nutrition in it, taste good, and make me full.
well, what i do is make the meals the night before so i could just eat n go, go n eat, as i please throughout the day. i also keep in hand some snacks and i really like those yogurt shakes. they fill you right up.
remember, sometimes it is good for you to sit down, and eat well, and not having to think or worry about other things at the same time. its a great way to relax and a heck of a stress reliever. Good luck! [=

you could keep a big tub of trail mix handy so you don't have to go get something to me . some of what your describing sounds like dehydration . you should drink at least about 2 litres of water a day . you could keep a big bottle of water handy , to minimise disruption . by the time we are feeling thirsty we are actually a bit dehydrated already . increasing your fluids will result in more frequent urination , but only for a couple of days . if you eat a piece of fruit whole ( i assume that you can ) there will be no preparation or dishes .
if you have any kind of vitamin deficiencies that can make you feel like you need to eat more often . it would be worth while making sure that your getting everything into your diet that you need - it might help .

Well tough sh*t, sweetheart, you have to eat or you will die!

Food can be quite time consuming. Breakfast is quick and easy enough, just have some cereal and/or toast (I like to eat it while watching BBC News 24. Lunch can be a pain in the **** for me because I don't like to get food that I haven't prepared myself, but when I have time to go home for it I make sandwiches or reheat some homemade soup. (Homemade soups take less than an hour to make and are very healthy.) For dinner, try cooking enough to make it last. For example, with bolognese sauce, I cook four portions (made from scratch, of course, none of those awful Dolmio or Ragu things), eat one and chill or freeze three. It saves time for the following three days, or any three days in the near future.

There will never be a pill to replace nutrition. You need to eat to live a healthy life. Maybe you should eat with someone you you care for and make it a special occasion every time you eat. Simple things can make it special.. You do know that this is not normal behaviour on your part and if it continues you might want to seek professional help.

smoking works for me ..... it's all about trade off's!
seriously though.. you have 'control issues' and don't like the fact that the 'need to eat' exerts control over your control of your day because it is then in charge, not you! and that is what is annoying! However, accept the reality of the need to eat to sustain and enhance life and embrace it....it's the only way to freedom! once you've done that...start to eat stuff that will improve your mental/physical health.....break the cycle!! Your lack of appetite is a symptom. Love yourself and eat!!!

there is been a fantasy around for years that vinegar helps to burn fat - and it quite is in simple terms that... a fantasy. it quite is not been scientifically shown. regrettably dissimilar human beings nonetheless have self belief this and various anorexics have self belief that masking nutrients in vinegar will shrink the fat absorbed ,which in simple terms isn't actual. it quite is to no longer say that vinegar isn't a sturdy weight loss application gadget - yet interior the experience that a touch balsamic or white wine vinegar sprinkled on a salad has much less energy than oil.

Try Spirulina. It's the most perfectly balanced, nutritional food there is. It's an algae. You can get it in powder form and make smoothies or get tablet form to take with water.
