I like answer #1. My inner vision also reveals some inner truths I may have been unaware of. I often try to shift my thinking from negative self-talk to more positive affirmations, and when I do, I discover things that are improving for me. I reflect on the good things I do and say, which gives me a chance to do more good in my life.

because of fact Zen has lost the way. It fails to alter into purpose to the noise generator that's the recommendations and has devolved into yet yet another organization of hypnosis that's filling the recommendations with nonsense, the article being yet greater noise that's yet greater hypnosis. they have lost the path.
