i have black eyebrows, and light skin what color should i dye my hair?

i need help dying my hair!
i want my hair to look like this:


but i don't know what color it is. i have dark brown/black asian long straight hair and the haircut is almost exactly like hers but i also have black eyebrows. can you guys please help me out my suggesting what color i should use to dye my hair to look like hers and what hair color brand it is in? and i also need to do something about my eyebrows, maybe i can dye them the same color as my hair or should i just leave them black?
please help me out!

why dont u take the pic and show it to a stylist and get ideas from him or her even if u wont do it in their salon. of coz u cant mention this to them, just ask about the colour shade, ur eye brows and the cost and tell them u'll contact ur parents and see if they r gonna agree.
if u use bleach only instead of colour, ur hair will b over-dry and stiff. it will lose its shine too. so get professional help

Don't touch your eyebrows on your own unless you want chemical blindness.

I'm not sure you can do this yourself, because if you screw up, red is the hardest color to strip and fix. I think I'd splurge on a salon job.

It looks like she just bleached it and added a caramel color brown to lighten it further.
Black hair, when bleached, comes out to a color similar to that.
And you should bleach your eyebrows just a tad.
