Since economics is the science of managing shortages, and heaven is supposed to have no shortages, then I doubt this would make any sense. However, I also doubt that heaven would be very interesting, given the lack of challenges and opportunities to grow.

Well the streets are supposed to made of gold so ... (in the biblical description of Heaven). That must mean deflation right? Gold is valued at over 700 bucks an ounce now but in Heaven they use it for pavement!!!
I would say it is neither captilism nor communism because everyone can walk on the road/gold so it's definately not capitalism and I have never known a rich communist society. Must be something much better than man could think up!
Oh and depending on where you are getting your description of Heaven from and what you do to get there... One could also have 40 virgins waiting for them! Bonus. Lol. Just kidding .

there is no economy in heaven. when in heaven everything is perfect, everything is holy, no need for a government. God is the leader, and will not be compared to a dictator, for he created life and man himself.

There is no economy in heaven, don't you see? It is perfection. You don't need to buy anything, there is no crime, no poorness. Everything is at your fingertips. You are beside God, and are in eternal peace.

Why would you have either?
Heaven is supposed to be ideal, so it certainly wouldn't be run by any human-invented economic system.
