If youre in a city of any significant size, look on craigslist.com.... Food service may be the easiest job to get, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Working as a waitress and (after I acquired some experience in the business) a bartender through college, I made 3 or 4 times more money than any of my friends.... and had a lot of fun!

I work in an office and am pretty happy with the wage. I have worked in all sorts of jobs over the last 14 years.
I'm pretty sure that yes, you do have to go up the crappy ladder of jobs but there are some lessons I would have liked to teach myself if I could go back in time:
-Of all the starter, crappy jobs, delivering pizza was the funnest and most efficient for earning money. I wish I'd found it earlier.
-Employers ask what your last job was. To take the next step up, don't waste time sticking around: move up as soon as you're able in each job.
-Teach yourself MS Office to a good standard: that has won me so many points in job-seeking.
-Job agencies are really good once you have a bit of experience, but they give you bad jobs for a while til they trust you.

detect a job, any job. Use public transportation or bum rides. Then artwork on the motor vehicle. so a strategies as a place to stay, nicely you probably did no longer relatively say why you're being kicked out. examine with acquaintances and family individuals for a place to crash till finally you get on your feet. go returned to college, b/c finally you would be happy for the learning. i'd initiate with my acquaintances and family individuals and ask for minimum help. Get that job asap! Gotta initiate someplace.

Welcome to the real world. I am 25 years old and I have been working since i was 16. The best advice i can give you is which ever job you get stick with for at least 6 mo. to 1 year. the most important thing for you right now is you need a good reference after that you could leave what ever crappy job you find and find a new one. one quick way to find work is job agency's they find you work to fit your schedule and there's many feilds. good luck

You're probably going to be looking at retail because the hours are generally flexible. But you could check with an agency in town. They might be able to hook up with something more interesting.
