Yes, Jeeps with manual transmissions are available with cruise control. My 98 Wrangler had a 5-speed manual + cruise control. My 2005 Rubicon and my 2006 Rubicon both have 6-speed manual trannies and cruise control.
As for other features, here are some nice things to have on the highway:
- 6-CD stereo. All 6 CD's load into the head unit. No magazines or swapping CD's in the trunk.
- Sirius. I never thought I'd like it, but it came in my 06 so I gave it a try. It's great on road trips and during my commute.
- Dual tops - if you live somewhere that has harsh winters, a hard top w/ rear washer/wiper/defroster is very nice, plus it prolongs the life of your soft top. If you're somewhere with mild-to-no winters, skip the hard top.
- Dark tint: from the factory the tint is in the glass. It won't peel off or bubble like an aftermarket treatment.
- Full doors. If you will mostly use your Jeep on the highway, having roll-up windows is so much nicer than zip-up windows. On 2007-2008 Wranglers, you can get power windows and locks.
If you are serious about offroading:
- Lockers. Locks left and right wheels together for extremely good traction climbing loose or uneven terrain.
- Swaybar disconnect (factory option on 2007-2008 only, available aftermarket on earlier models)- increases front axle articulation for better conformity to uneven terrain
If you are REALLY serious about offroading, get the Rubicon. It comes with lockers and a swaybar disconnect, plus lower gearing, rocker protection, stronger axles, and agressive big-lug tires.
I hope that helps.

Yes they do. My brothers 87 cherokee has cruise control and its a stick. His may not work anymore but it has it and therefore it would mean they still have cruise control on new stick jeeps. Also i just checked the jeep website on their new wrangler and it actually comes standard in the sahara and rubicon but its not even available in the x model. Also if you do check it out they do not call it cruise control they call it speed control haha.

Key to remember is that a Jeep disengages the cruise when the clutch is pushed in when down shifting. Also, do not try to "clutchless" shift while the cruise is engaged. Yes, it is a neat trick to show off with passengers in the Jeep, but not with the cruise engaged. Damage to the tranny can happen. :(

I own a 2000 Jeep Wrangler and mine is a 5 speed and it does not have cruise control. Most sticks these days are starting to come with cruise control but I don't think Jeeps do if they are a stick.
