It has a governor in it. Why do you need to go more than a 125mph for anyways?

That's all the faster Ford wants you to go. The speed is limited due to the rating of the tires. If you're feeling lucky, then get a programmer and increase the speed limiter. I think the new ones are governed at 142mph.

That's the speed governor, all American cars are speed limited with a speed governor, it is normal......

idk but let's just say my Chevy 1994 camaro Z28 and my 1983 Z28 both got over 125 pretty easily ;).
