my dog has started acting strange after getting neutered and has become quite hyper and litterally destroying the house and became agressive and running away wen u open the door. hes a 4 ur old rotty lab cross and got neutered cos his prostate was swollen and had to get neutered but is it normal 4 him to act like this hes acting like a puppy again chewing things and just being a goof is this normal. hes also become obsessed with my bellybutton always trying to like it how can i stop this behaviour and get him back to his old self?

I would think a big part of his behavior is because he is finally feeling a lot better and feels more like playing. It is pretty doubtfull that it had anything to do with being neutered.

Are you sure they did everything correctly. I would take him back to the vet and ensure nothing went wrong.
Your dog won't be as dominant as before so maybe he now just wants to play as opposed to dominate etc.
I strongly suggest you take your dog for long walks to stop him putting on too much weight. He is still young at four but this operation causes weight issues on most dogs.
