What if everything you know to be true at the moment is a lie?
That would suck would it not?
But what if what awaits you is better than what you had once believed?

I asked about that earlier..
If what i believe turns out not to be truth, depending on WHAT IS that turns out to be, I'll either end up a huge 'barbiecue' in hell or God will be merciful for He's seen I have tried doing my best to live and be good to others, according to my beliefs!!!

I'll just hope for the last one! ;)

Honey: That depends on where you placed your faith. I firmly believe in the God of the Bible to be the one and true creator of the world, the soon coming judge of the world, and my father--the one who treasures me beyond measure. All other belief systems are a fantasy. Only the God of the Bible can relate to you on an everyday-basis. You can approach him with the issues that matter to you most. He speaks to you in prayer, through the bible, and works in your everyday life. Can the other demons do that? Only Jesus died to pay the price for your sins. Don't be fooled. The day that you die the God of the Bible will be there to receive you if you served him. If not, you will have much cause for shame.
That is the short and long of it.
Mr. M on "what if."

Our society and religions are artificial creations, so nothing is really true. As for the future, what will be will be. It will be better or worse depending on how you choose to look at it.

"What if everything you know to be true at the moment is a lie?"

I know that I exist. If that turned out not to be true, then it wouldn't matter to me, because there wouldn't be any me for it to matter to.
I know I have consciousness. If that turned out not to be true, then there wouldn't be anything there to be aware of my lack of consciousness.
I could go on....

What if frogs hatched out with holsters. Couldn't they carry pistols and shoot the snakes that plague them?

I hope I am open-minded enought to accept the new truths presented to me, as long as they come with proper proof.
