You really could do with renting some porn to see wht you are getting yourself into. You can have sex with one and give the other head, or let the guys do you at the same time: one in each hole down below.
I've never had a threesome, but I would be tempted to start with 2 girls and a guy because then there is just a lot of watching and touching!

First off, know who you are sleeping with. Make sure that they're not "diseased" (no offense, but STD's aren't nice). If you know the girl, make sure you trust her around your boyfriend (don't need breakups either here).
Insofar as the actual intercourse, a girl typically engages in oral sex with either the male or female (up to the person who wants to do it to her). She can also perform oral on both of you while actual sex is being done. There are several positions, so it's better to check this out online.
If it was a guy, it'd be anal or oral typically done to you. Unless he's the type for having a hand do it.

well you take turns ******* him, or you can both give him head at the same time or he can please one of you, while you please him.

If you have your mind made up, then what I say may not matter. I wish people understood where "disease" comes from. God made sex for fun between a man and his WIFE. God sees sex out of marraige as sin, and his punishment to us for this sin is disease. You do the math. How many faithful marraiges do you see, them having sexual disease? Very very few. Look at all the people that you know, (ones that swap or have threesomes, or that get around), out of wedlock or married ,what kind of sicknesses are they having, and how often? Yea pretty much what the first guy said... your pretty much going to have to be bent over and one doing you from behind and you giving head or something to the other one...
