so if i eat negative calorie foods how much do i burn???

The only negative calorie food I know of is celery. It takes more energy for your body to digest the fiber in celery than the celery actually provides. But we're dealing with tiny numbers of calories here, where you're consuming 6 calories in a stalk of celery but burning just a few more to digest it. You need to burn about 3500 calories more than you consume to lose just one pound. Diets that are trying to sell you on negative calorie foods are just a dream. Go for a walk instead.

There are no negative calorie foods really but probably you meant foods very low in calories and since the body needs to work to digest them, they do cause a negative calorie effect. So, look for foods with high fiber and a low GI value.

if you get no calories, i doubt you will have much energy. I suggest just eating w/e you want and then exercising. of course, dont completely pig out, with 3 cinnabons a day. (i did that once, and it was yum =])
