if you are ? you will not need a visa.
Spain is under the visa waiver program:
but your passport needs to comply with the new passport law otherwise you will need a visa to enter the US .

Spain and the U.S. are both members of the 179 country visa waiver program. Just present your passport at Passport Control and you should be OK. If you are still concerned, then contact the U.S. consulate nearest your town in Spain.
