Exercising makes your bones stronger, keeps your heart healthy, keeps the blood flowing to all the organs and to your brain, gives you energy to get up in the morning and go to work, do your chores, or whatever it is that you do. Helps keep you regular in going to the toilet. Helps your body function as it should. Exercising and having a proper diet can help to keep away diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
