No. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, the Life. No one can come to the Father except through me."
So as far as Jesus is concerned, He wants you to know Him only, because He is the only way to the Father.
No other religions make those types of singular claims. Jesus was the only figure who said He was the only truth.

If there is a heavan/eternal life that comes from believing in a religion then maybe. I suppose it depends on if you stick to it. but because you wouldn't have time to do anything but worship...
