Both...after his celebratory burnout, he will stop and climb the fance, then meet with his crew at the yard of bricks for the kiss.
Unfortunately, this won't happen this year, as Jeff Gordon is going to win #5 at the Brickyard!

He'll probably do both.... He's such an overachiever... Got to do both, just so everyone knows he has won.
He'll climb the fence, catch his breath, and then bend down and kiss the bricks.
But, he won't win, so nobody will get to see what he might do.
