I haven't cut it for over 10 years and it still won't grow past my elbows. Any tips or advice?
Thanks.

I would eat carrots, wash it often (get it wet a lot), and trim it every so often. Hope this helps!

Keep trimming it every 3-6 months and take hair vitamins on a daily basis, eat well and sleep well, if it doesn't grow, then it must be hereditary for you to grow only to that length.

I think everyone's hair gets to a point where it won't grow any longer. you may want to go get it trimmed, just a little bit. Hair tends to grow faster when you get it trimmed on a regular basis (about every 3 months).

If it still doesn't grow past, you might want to consider extentions.

If you've only been able to grow your hair to your elbows, that's as long as it will grow. Your hair is genetically programmed to grow a certain length. No creams, potions, or "miracle cures" will change that.

Just make sure you keep your hair healthy, to minimize damage and/or breakage.

hair grows fastest when it's shorter, so get a trim every once in a while. :]

the problem lies in your first sentence.... trim hair one eighth of an inch per month so ends stay healthy and do not split or break
