Anything that contains no meat, eggs or dairy products will be cholesterol free. This includes rice and potatos.

Indeed no meat, eggs, or dairy = no cholestoral, but watch out for high levels of MSG (monosodium glucamate, a preservative which can be toxic in high ammounts.)
