If you take creatine over a long period of time, your body will stop producing its own and make you dependent on gnc for life. Don't do it. Keep training hard, more weight, more time and less complaining. Good luck.

creatine is for strength training. so with a properly designed strength training program and a caloric excess in the diet you will gain muscle if you are supplementing with creatine. creatine just like any other supplement is no magic bean. if you are not getting enough calories in your diet or are not consuming enough of the right nutrients increases in muscle mass will be minimum at best.

if you are increasing muscle mass in some body parts and not others then the problem lies in either your training or recovery of those lagging body parts. if you are training hard and regular and not gaining mass anywhere then the problem lies in your diet. the diet is 80% of building big muscles, going to the gym and training is the easy part.

Hi.
I have tried creatine and it doesn´t do anything for me. Others I know like it. I use glutamine and it works wonders for me. You should try it. Just make sure you don´t take in on a full stomach.
Glutamine has many benefits and should be added to drinking water in my opinion.
