Balsamic & Basil Shrimp Pasta


Ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. peeled, deveined medium shrimp
2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™
1/4 cup Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil
16 oz. prepared angel hair pasta

Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat; add shrimp. Cook about 1 minute on each side until shrimp begin to turn pink. Do not overcook. Add Garlic Garlic™; saute just until softened. Add Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil; heat through. Remove from heat; toss with hot pasta. Serve immediately. Makes 3-4 servings.

I have left over roasted chicken in the fridge, so tonight dinner will be a chicken and marinated black bean quesadilla, salad, and fresh fruit.

I'm making corned beef hash. We have the leftover brisket, and I baked the potatoes yesterday. Some bell pepper, onion, and garlic and fry it all up!

make hamburgers in the broiler. Make mashed potatoes, and stuff them into raw bell pepper halves. Put in your broiler for about 4-9 min.

my cupboards are about bare... so i came up with this..

can of french onion soup, 2 cube steaks, 4 potatoes and a can of green beans. and made a stew out of it
