yes you can get a court order but really it is cheaper to get it with a divorce as well....but hey your choice

Im sorry your going thru this, if your not ready for a divorce
I suggest you file for a legal seperation. And yes in most states you can go to your local child support office and file. of course the wheels are going to be slower than if you get a attorney. Be careful and whatever you decide i hope God gives you the strength and courage. once agin sorry your going thru this.-----Been there before with a four year old and one on the way. Now the one on the way is 8. So yes there is a future. I remarried and have a bigger family.

First of all I think you should learn to spell what you are wanting and technically it is not child support until after the divorce is final. When you are still married you just have to fight the "other parent" for money!

yes. you can get child support without even being married. As long as you can prove that he is the father, you can get child support. It's better for you if you have a lawyer and make everything legal and documented.

Yes.
Go see a lawyer. If the other parent is not living with you, child support can still be enforced.
