What type of internet connection do you have (dial-up)?

I have upgraded to Internet explorer 6 over dial-up. It took about 3 hours to down, install, and update the latest patches for IE6.

If you have high speed and are using a router, you may have to reset the router and set it up again. Change the admin password on the router to prevent someone from hacking into it and writin garbage script to it.

Office SP3 can take up to 1 hour plus to download and install over high speed. It's initial download is over 500 MB. Not sure how much it downloads during the install but it is quite large.

Hope this helps

Good Luck
