100 Watts is beyond what a battery can deliver unless you are talking about a car battery. And besides, a battery is not a generator.

A 100W. commercial light bulb?
This requires about 120 V. to light.
(Too Dangerous for you to try to get.)
The bulb must match the battery.
The battery will be marked with its voltage,
(probably 1 1/2 V.).
Get the proper bulb, - a flashlight bulb.
Touch the tip of the battery to the tip of the bulb.
Use the foil to connect the other end of the battery to the side of the bulb.
Let there be light.
