Could just be tired, lethargic and still stinging from the shot... big needle in a little dog.
Give it a few more days for her to perk up.

Well if her brother died of acutall parvo.. then she was exposed and could show any symptoms within 7-10 days.. the vaccination at this point is not likely to prevent her from getting sick from parvo or not...
Also, not to be mean,, but I am sure the brand of vaccine at the local tractor supply was not a particually good one..and chance are it was one of the "all in one" types.. and that alone could be making her sick, little dogs often react to parts of particualr vaccines, and they are often not given at 8 weeks or spaced apart by vets,, so she may be feeling crummy because her small imature body was loaded to too much stuff at one time..
if she contiues to feel off, I would not wait more than 12 hours on a puppy that age.. take her to a vet.. she may still have parvo, intial symptoms of parvo and other issues is decreased appetite, and energy.. the other symptoms come later....
good luck

First off, 8 weeks is way too young for a tiny dog to leave the breeder, reputable breeders wouldn't send their small puppies home until 10-12 weeks, if not longer. She's young, as I said, and it's probably why she's depressed, it's too soon for her to be away from momma. Be very careful, tinies can get hypoglycemic very easily. Try googling hypoglycemia to get more information about this condition, it's nothing terrible and can be easily prevented. Just watch her like a hawk, and make sure she eats, it's very important. Another important part of preventing this is buying some Nutrical, and rubbing a small amount of it on her gums 3-4 times a day. I'd recommend getting her checked out by the vet just to be positive it's not Parvo. Email me if you want more information or help with anything, I'd be happy to help you.

Bring her to the vet. Parvo is deadly but can be successfully treated if medical care/support is given early. One parvo shot given after she had exposure to the disease is probably not enough to keep her from contracting it.
Please call your vet ASAP... fill the vet in on the fact that she was exposed, her littermate died from it and she has only had one shot.
I had parvo kill two pups in 1996, despite extreme medical intervention, after their 2nd set of shots. They were still nursing at 9 weeks and their mother's antibodies made the vaccinations ineffective. The 3 pups who were more into eating solid food did not get nearly as sick.

Keep a close eye on her. Parvo is EXTREMELY contagious, and she might have picked it up from her litter mate. Diarrhea isn't always the first sign of the sickness...
I would take her to the vet, ASAP..... Parvo is something that takes over fast and in most cases ends in death .(unfortunately)
