You clearly posted this in the wrong section. But, I'll have this advice anyways, let it roll off your back. Its your body, and you can't always control what happens to it. Either you'll get breast one day, or you won't. Its the fact of life.
Just celebrate you for being you. I learned that when I was younger. You're better off for it. People are mean, but you shouldn't let them get you down.

you didn,t say how old you are meaning that there may still be time yet on the other hand some of the worlds loveliest models wear wonder bras so just ignore the morons but i would be a little concerned about your eyesight this is the dog section

Get a mean guard dog. Then when people make fun of your chest, sic 'em Fifi!!
On the other hand girl, be glad you don't have big ones. When you're 25, the big ones are all droopy and saggy and gross. Smaller ones stay nice and perky much longer.
