grab your phone book.
look up tattoo/piercing in the yellow pages
call each place for pricing and policies.
see when they can fit you in and make sure you tell them your mom is coming and she should have to fill out an authorization form bcse you are under age.
make sure after it's done you follow the piercers instructions carefully. an infected ring sucks and hurts like the dickens
