This is really wierd so don't laugh. I like peanut butter and sour cream together. The two combine, for me, taste yummy.

CHICKEN CARBONARA
Prep time 20 min.
Cook time 22 min.
2 tsp olive oil
4 ozs thin sliced pancetta chopped(can use bacon)
2 tsp minced garlic
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan
8 lg egg yolks
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
salt
1 lb spagetti
4 cups coarsely shredded chicken(from 1 roasted chicken)
ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
Heat oil in frying pan,addpancetta,garlic and sautetill brown and crisp(approx 8 min.)
In a bowl whisk cream,cheese,yolks,basil and parsley to blend
Boil pot of salted waterfor pasta,about 10 min. drain
Add chicken to pan with pancetta,add pasta and cream mixture,toss over low heat about 4 minutes,don't boil or you will cook the eggs,transfer to serving bowl,salt and pepper to taste,
Sprinkle with walnuts and lemon zest and serve

Tomatoes, cucumber and regular onions, all sliced and marinade in malt vinegar, for about an hour.
It makes a wonderful addition to a salad roll.

Oh, and when I eat broccoli I make this thing called broccoli bake...I sautée broccoli, bread crumbs and parmesean cheese together...great for kids!
