Its nice to she we can all share... I have it published in Islamic book last year, and the Imams wife made "HE" Al hamdoullah thanks for spreading it :) Allah knows what everyone is doing at any given time and everything is recorded amin :)

I just read a book by an ayurvedic doctor and that is absolutely something I consider when I eat. How something is produced/grown/manufactured/killed has a massive impact on the human body. It's by Robert Svaboda, well worth reading.
He did all of this research about longevity and found that more 'primitive' societies live longer because they are not ingesting the amount of negativity we are. This may sound like garbage to some but I really have applied it as a yogini and it makes a difference.
