A toy hauler is just a trailer with a ramp for stuff: bikes, quads, etc.

A travel trailer is a camper trailer. It has bunks, a kitchen, etc. It's a living space, whereas a toy hauler is pretty much just a box on wheels.

Toy Hauler has a drop down gate that allows you to roll motorcycles or ATVs etc. inside. They aren't the most luxurious of trailers, a friend of mine has one. A travel trailer is a highly mobile trailer home. More creature comforts inside than the toy hauler.

The back of the toyhauler opens up like a big ramp. People usually buy these for motor sports hobbies. Our friend has one for drag racing. He drives his motorcycle up into the back and the forward part has the kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping space.
